XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur will host its 68th Annual Convocation on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at Football Ground, XLRI Campus. The institute will bid farewell to 552 graduating students – among those who will receive their diplomas are 209 students of Postgraduate Programme in Business Management, 176 students of Postgraduate Programme in Human Resource Management, 113 students of 15-month PGDM (General Management) Programme, 14 students of the Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) and 40 students of Postgraduate Diploma in Management (Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Venture Creation).

Mr. N Chandrasekaran, Chairman, Tata Sons is the Chief Guest for the 68th Annual Convocation Event. He is an ingenious business executive, a compassionate leader with an unyielding commitment to our society and to our nation – he has embodied high standards of ethical leadership through the strategic decisions that has not only led to the growth of the Tata brand but also reinforced the lasting Tata legacy of prioritising national interests. His leadership style encompasses ethical governance, a nation-centric vision, and an unwavering dedication to societal progress and individual enrichment. In absolute appreciation of his inexorable leadership journey of putting society and nation first, XLRI is honoured to present the Sir Jehangir Ghandy Medal for Industrial & Social Peace to Mr Natarajan Chandrasekaran.
