UPSC exam is one of the popular competitive exams in India. On the other side, there are so many myths about it. Check whether you have got trapped in some.

UPSC Exam Is Very Tough

 Of course, it is challenging. But, you cannot put the IAS exam out of the box saying it as difficult. The success depends on the strategy and approach you implement.

Basically, it starts with choosing the right learning resource. You can either go for classroom coaching or online IAS coaching in Delhi. The choice is yours! But, make sure they are reputed enough to handle your dream career.

The perfect preparation takes a very long period. In fact, most of the students consume more than a year. So, apply the efforts in the right direction. Success will be yours!

IAS Aspirants Must Study For 20 Hours

 IAS aspirant fears about the number of hours they must study every day. They believe 20 hours of studying is required to get selected in the final round.

However, it is not mandatory. The study time varies from one candidate to another. Also, experts suggest that 8 hours of daily preparation is sufficient.

Make sure you dedicate 100 percent concentration in that 8 hours of the day. Here, quality is more important than quantity. There are many examples who cleared UPSC while in the job. It’s high time to get updated!

IAS Candidate Must Know Everything

 No! It is not true. Taking up the coaching depends on the student’s requirements. Of course, there is very good IAS coaching in Delhi.

It does not mean everybody should enroll in online coaching itself. You can also go for a classroom mode of teaching. Some candidates also prefer studying on own.

For some of you, financial constraints are also a matter of concern. There is no such generalization that every candidate must undergo coaching to clear the UPSC exam.
