Mumbai: In a significant development, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) will conduct supplementary Online Examination for those who had missed March 2020 test of OCES & DGFS due to spread of COVID 19.
In a notification, BARC Training Schools mentioned that representations have been received from several registered candidates for OCES-2020 that they could not appear for the BARC Training Schools Online Examination held in the period March 14 to March 18, 2020 due to the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Hence, BARC Training Schools said “the Competent Authority has decided that a supplementary Online Examination will be held on a yet-to-be-decided date in the future for all candidates for whom an Admit Card had been generated for the above mentioned Online Examination held in March, 2020 but who could not appear for the said examination.”
Concerned candidates will receive email and sms alerts regarding future action once things are finalized.
The new notification clearly mentioned that the decision regarding candidates to be shortlisted for Selection Interview will be taken only on conclusion of the supplementary Online Examination.
Hence, the results of Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) Trainee Scientific Officers via OCES & DGFS-2020 will be delayed further amid COVID Pandemic.
