Dharamshala: Central University of Himachal Pradesh, a Central University, has released an Employment Notification for recruiting Assistant Professors. There are 24 vacant posts: 19 for Regular; 05 for Contract Jobs.
Assistant Professor (Regular) Pay Scale: Academic Level-10 Rs. 57,700/- to Rs.1,82,400
Key Dates: The closing date for submission of application is 30 January 2020. Application Fee is Rs.500/- for General and Rs. 400/- for OBC category. The SC/ST/PWD/Female candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

Eligibility Conditions: The eligibility shall be ascertained strictly on the basis of Academic/Research Score obtained as per the provisions contained under UGC Regulations, 2018 subject to fulfilling all the essential eligibility criteria as mentioned for Direct Recruitment on the post of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor.
The candidates who have already applied for the post(s) of Assistant Professor in (1) H.P. Kendriya Vishwavidyalaya Business School, (2) Yoga, (3) Computational Biology and Bio-Informatics, (4) Department of Visual Arts (History of Art) and (5) Computer Science and Informatics vide previous advertisement No. 001/2019 dated 07.06.2019 need not to apply afresh, however they can update their profile by sending a formal request to the Registrar by mentioning application No. of their previous application.
