New Delhi, 02 January 2018: Universities or Higher educational institutes provide lucrative career opportunities to prospective candidates in teaching profession. Currently, there are more than 23 universities where faculty posts are going on. These universities include Central Universities, State Universities, NITs and IITs.
Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), India’s top ranked university in general stream, has released recruitment notification to fill up faculty posts in its various schools/centres of the university. The total number of vacant posts are 96: Professor (24), Associate Professor (27) and Assistant Professor (39). The application window closes on 29 January 2018 (17:30:00).
Bodoland University, a state university based in Assam, has notified to recruit 35 Assistant Professors. The closing date for submission of application is 31 January 2017.
National Institute of Technology (NIT) Hamirpur, is hiring 143 faculty posts: Assistant Professors – 89 posts; Associate Professors – 39 posts; and Professors -15 posts.
