Mumbai: Career is teaching and research in higher educational institutes is always lucrative and challenging. Universities, premier educational institutes, autonomous research institutes, etc are great destinations for candidates who plan to pursue in teaching and faculty posts.
Currently, there are more than 28 universities or higher education institutes have opened their recruitment windows for hiring faculty staff. The prominent among these institutes are as followed: IIT Patna, IIT Ropar, Central University of Jammu, Symbiosis International University (SIU), NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Kurukshetra, Delhi Technological University (DTU), etc.
The closing date for submission of application in IIT Ropar and IIT Patna is 15 December 2017 and 18 December 2017, respectively. The closing date in Delhi Technological University (DTU) is 18 December 2017.
Central University of Jammu, a central university based in Samba in Jammu & Kashmir, has released recruitment notification to fill teaching posts for its 20 departments. The total number of vacant posts is 52 for its 20 departments. The closing date for submission of application is 07 December 2017.
Meanwhile recruitment for faculty position is going on in IISER Bhopal and IISER Berhmapur (Odisha).
