Sambalpur: Gangadhar Meher University, a state university situated in Sambalpur, Odisha, has invited online applications for Teaching Posts at the levels of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor for its various departments.
Total Faculty Posts: The total number of vacant posts are 58: Assistant Professors- 19 posts; Associate Professor – 21 posts; professors – 18 posts. The posts are available in 20 departments.
Key Dates & Application Fees: The closing date of online application is 29 May 2020. The Last Date of receiving of hardcopy of duly filled in application form along with supporting enclosures is 03 June 2020.
The application fee is Rs 2500 /- for General and SEBC category candidates. The application fee is Rs 1500 /- for SC/ST/PwD and women candidates.

Eligibility Conditions: The essential qualifications/scales of pay for the following positions will be as per the UGC Regulations, 2018 published in the Gazette of India; New Delhi, Wednesday, July 18, 2018. The UGC Scales of Pay will be as per the rules of the Government of Odisha.
The university informed that those applicants who applied earlier but were not selected/shortlisted due to some reasons can offer their candidature afresh.
