Chennai: The Government of Tamil Nandu is recruiting 2328 number of teaching posts. Tamil Nandu Teachers Recruitment Board has invited applications for Direct Recruitment from eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Professors in Tamil Nadu Collegiate Educational Service for Government Arts & Science Colleges and Colleges of Education for the year 2018-19.
The mega recruitment drive for Assistant Professors is going in 73 subjects.
Pay Scale : Rs. 57,700 – 1,82,400 – Level 10

Scheme of Selection: The Scheme for selection involves ranking and shortlisting of candidates followed by preparation of rank cum communal roster for certificate verification and interview. The candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:3. Marks will be awarded to all candidates based on the certificates uploaded along with the Application Forms as per criteria which has to be confirmed / finalized after due verification by the certificate verification team and also the marks awarded during the time of Interview, as per G.O.Ms.No.412, Higher Education (F2) Department, Dated 07.12.2009, and G.O.(Ms) No.32, Higher Education (F2) Department, Dated 08.03.2013 as mentioned on the recruitment notification.
