Amritsar: Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU), Amritsar has released a recruitment notification for hiring Assistant Professors via Walk- In-Interview mode. The eligible candidates can apply online by 04 August 2020.
Assistant Professor posts are available on contractual basis for the session 2020-21. These posts are available in 21 subjects.
Key Dates: Opening date for on-line Registration of applications – 29 July 2020.
Last date for on-line Registration/submission of application – 04 August 2020
Walk In Interview will be held from 05 August to 06 August 2020 as per the schedule mention in the recruitment notification.
Qualifications & Remuneration: As per UGC Guidelines strictly. In rare cases if UGC Net qualified candidates are not available, the candidates having post graduate in the relevant subject (minimum 55% marks) shall be considered for appointment.
Emoluments: – (i) UGC NET qualified: Rs. 30,000/ p.m.
(ii) Non-NET qualified: Rs. 22,000/-p.m.
(iii) For subjects where NET is not conducted by UGC or any other agency, Emoluments as per (i), above shall be considered.
