Last date of receipt of hard copy along with duly filled PBAS CALCULATION SHEET, PBAS DETAIL SHEET, e-Receipt, duly self-attested supporting documents such as self-attested copies of relevant testimonials, certificates and enclosures is 09 August 2021 5:00 PM.
Application fee of Rs. 1500.00 (One Thousand Five Hundred Only) should be transferred by online payment mode.
