Murshidabad: Management Development Institute Gurugram (MDI Gurgaon), one of the India’s premier Business Schools, has a second campus in Murshidabad. Now MDI is recruiting Assistant Professor (on contract) for its Murshidabad campus.

Qualification & Experience: PhD with First Class or equivalent in Master’s degree in Business Administration / PGDM/ C.A./ ICWA/ M.Com. with a very good academic record throughout and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience after acquiring the Master’s degree. The candidate should have the ability to interact with a diverse student body.
Remuneration: Consolidated Rs. 1,18,755/- p.m. (min.). No other allowances are payable. Higher pay can be considered for deserving candidates. Casual leave and Earned leave (non-encashable) on proportionate basis will be granted.
Selection Process:
- The applications received within the due date will be screened & shortlisted by a Screening Committee.
- Short-listed candidates will be called for a Seminar presentation followed by interview before the Selection Committee. Presentations will be in their respective research areas of interest or a topic to be given by the MDIM. Normally the Presentation should be limited to 10 – 15 minutes.
- Presentations/interviews for shortlisted candidates will be held online.
