Noida: National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), a Mini-Ratna Central Public Sector Undertaking engaged in manufacturing and marketing of fertilizers and other agricultural inputs, is recruiting 41 Management Trainees. Management Trainees (Chemical- 25 posts); Management Trainees (Mechanical -10 posts); Management Trainees (Electrical-06 posts). The selection process is based on GATE 2016 score and personal interview.
Key Dates & Application Fees: The online application window opens today (19 December 2017). The application window closed on 18 January 2018. The cut-off date for determining eligibility criteria in respect of minimum educational qualification, and age shall be 31 December 2017 and will remain unchanged irrespective of any reason whatsoever.
Non – refundable application fee of Rs.700 plus additional bank processing charges is to be paid online. The application fee is not applicable for SC / ST / ExSM / PwBD /Departmental candidates.

Selection Procedure: Based on the GATE 2016 marks candidates will be shortlisted for Personal Interview in the ratio of 1:5. Suitability of the candidates shall be adjudged on the following criteria:
Weightage of marks obtained in Qualifying Examination – 80%
i.e. GATE-2016 (rounded upto two decimal places)
Weightage in Interview – 20%
