Kota, 04 March 2025: Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Kota, an Institute of National Importance, has announced Recruitment of Faculty Posts. These posts area available at the following levels: Assistant Professors, Associate Professors and Professors.
Vacant Posts, Type of Posts & Academic Pay Level as per 7th CPC:
Professor (Level 14A)-01
Associate Professor (Level 13A2) -01
Assistant Professor Grade-I (Level-12) -05
Assistant Professor Grade- II (Level 10 and Level-11)- 18
The total number of vacant posts are 25.
Key Dates:
Last date for online submission of applications is 30 days from the date of publication of advertisement employment newspaper. Thereafter no application shall be considered. The hard copy of the applications completed in all aspects should reach the Institute within 15 days from the date of final submission of online application to the Institute.
The recruitment notice has been released on 01 March 2025.
Each application must be accompanied by non-refundable application processing fee as follows:
Rs. 1500/- for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS.
Rs. 750/- for SC/ST/Women/PwD.

Prescribed minimum qualifications and experience:
The Institute has adopted recruitment rules for faculty posts under four tier flexible cadre structure in IIITs circulated vide MoE vide F.No. 68-2/2016-TS.1 dated 28.10.2022 and MHRD (now MoE) vide F.No. 27-11/2011/TS.1 dated 23.04.2014.
