Bhopal, 14 August 2021: Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal, an Institute of National Importance, has announced recruitment of faculty posts. These posts are available at the following levels:
- Assistant Professor Grade-II (On Contract basis) – Group A, Level-10 (Entry pay ₹70900/- ) (Prerevised pay in PB-3, AGP Rs. 6000).
- Assistant Professor Grade-II (On Contract basis) – Group A, Level-11 (Entry Pay ₹73100/-) (Prerevised pay in PB-3, AGP Rs. 7000).
- Assistant Professor Grade-I – Group A, Level-12 (Entry pay ₹101500/-) (Pre-revised pay in PB-3, AGP Rs. 8000).
Total Number of Vacant Posts: The total number of vacant posts are 107: Current Vacancies – 80 and Backlog Vacancies – 27.
Key Dates & How to Apply: Closing date for application is 15 September 2021 (5.00 PM). The cutoff date for determining eligibility of candidates is the closing date of receipt of application form.
Candidates belonging to Unreserved/OBC category have to pay application fee of ₹1200.00 (Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred Only) through SBI Collect which is non-refundable.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories and women candidates are exempted from application fee.
Completely filled application form along with credit point sheet and all enclosures in support of educational qualification, experience, category, documents for credit points claimed etc. must reach to “The Registrar, MANIT, Bhopal – 462003” so as to reach Institute by closing date of receipt of application i.e. 15 Sept 2021 (5.00 PM).

The selection process will consist of scrutiny of applications for eligibility of applicants as per Gazetted notification 24/07/2017 schedule E, Statute 23(5)(A), shortlisting of eligible applicants based on their credit point score and research/ academic performance, followed by presentation and interview.
