Bhubaneswar: Xavier University Bhubaneswar (XUB), Odisha, has invited applications for faculty positions. The posts are available at the following levels: Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors and Lecturers.

The positions are available at Xavier Institute of Management (XIMB) and Xavier School of Sustainability (XSOS).

Xavier Institute of Management (Ximb):

Faculty positions across all levels (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor) in the areas of Strategy, Decision Sciences, Innovation, Design Thinking, Finance, Ethics and Business Communication. Candidates must have a PhD in the relevant discipline.

• Professor: Minimum 10 years of work experience in research and teaching with Ph. D in the relevant domain. • Associate Professor: Minimum 8 years of work experience in research and teaching with Ph. D in relevant the domain. • Assistant Professor: Minimum 3 years of work experience in research and teaching with Ph. D in relevant domain.

For the Strategy area, Senior leaders from industry who have at least an MBA /PGDM qualification from a reputed institute and have in experience in business strategy can also apply.

Xavier School of Sustainability (XSoS):

• Associate Professor: MA and Ph. D in Social Sciences (Preferably Economics) with minimum 8 years work experience of which at least 5 years in teaching along with other requirements as per our University norms. Experience in developing online courses will be an added advantage.
• Assistant Professor: MA and Ph. D in Social Work with minimum 3 years work experience in teaching and extension service and other requirements as per our University norms.
• Lecturer: MA or M. Phil in Rural Development, Rural Management, OR MA in Rural Development, Rural Management, with five years’ experience in the relevant field
