Lucknow, 02 February 2020: Residential Coaching Academy (RCA) of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, (BBAU) Lucknow, has invited applications from eligible candidates for Admission to various coaching programs for competitive exams at zero cost. The courses which are being offered are UPSC (Preliminary & Mains-GS), RRB, Banking and SSC.

About the Academy: The Academy offers coaching classes to the aspirants of various competitive exams belonging to SC/ST’s/Minorities and Women with residential facilities during their coaching period. RCA has been sponsored by the University Grants Commission, New Delhi to nourish the requirement of the aspirants for various competitive exams belonging to SC/ST’s/Minorities and Women with Residential facilities. The competitive exams include Union Public Service Commission, RRB, SSC and Banking exams. The motto is to provide quality coaching program to the aspirants belonging to SC/ST’s Minorities and Women category.
Key Dates: The online application has opened from 29 January 2020. The closing date for submission of online application is 20 February 2020. The date of national entrance test will be announced later. The entrance test will be conducted at more than 115 cities across the country. The application fee is Rs 100 /-.
About the Entrance Test: There shall be an online entrance examination (CBT mode) for RCA coaching programme. The syllabus for the entrance test would be General Studies and Current Affairs. Online Examination will be of 2hrs. duration consisting of 100 objective type (Multiple choice) Questions. There shall be No Negative Marking.
Eligibility Conditions: The criteria for qualifying examination for RCA coaching programme shall remain same as UPSC/ UPPSSC examinations.
