New Delhi: Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), a Maharatna PSU, has released Recruitment Notification to hire 399 Management Trainees (Technical) through GATE-2019. These posts are available in the following engineering streams: Mechanical, Metallurgical, Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation, and Mining.
Key Dates: The online registration for SAIL MT (T) 2019 has opened from 25 November 2019. The closing date for online registration for SAIL MT (T) 2019 is 15 December 2019.

SAIL has informed that this recruitment notification is in continuation to the advertisement issued earlier during May 2019 for recruitment of 142 Management Trainees (Technical) in SAIL through GATE 2019. The candidates who have already registered their applications earlier, are not required to apply again.
Selection Process: SAIL will use GATE-2019 score for short listing of the candidates. Further selection of the candidates will comprise of GD and Interview. Only those candidates, who have appeared in GATE 2019 in the relevant disciplines and also applied for SAIL would be considered for further selection process in SAIL.
