Homi Bhabha Road, Mumbai, 15 April 2025: Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), an Autonomous Institution of the Department of Atomic Energy of Government of India, has announced recruitment of faculty posts. These posts are available at the following levels: Professor, Associate Professor and Reader.
Candidates with an excellent academic record, a Ph. D. in any sub-area of the 6 above-mentioned areas and appropriate postdoctoral research experience, whose research work is novel and impactful, are encouraged to apply for tenure-track academic positions at the level of Reader. Outstanding candidates with fresh Ph.D.s may also apply. Applicants with proven research leadership and higher experience would be considered for tenured academic positions at the level of Associate Professor or Professor, as appropriate.
