New Delhi, 08 March 2024: In India there are many State Government Universities, which are controlled by State Governments. These institutes offer PhD Programmes.

As on 08 March 2024, 20 State Universities have announced PhD Admission for 2023-24. Aspiring students should track admission information.  The total number of vacant PhD seats are 3,833: Full Time 2,200 and 1,633 Part Time.

Andhra Pradesh Research Common Entrance Test 2024: PhD Admission for 17 Universities in AP is Open

Hyderabad, 06 March 2024: Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has announced Andhra Pradesh Research Common Entrance Test (APRCET) 2023-24, for the academic year 2023-24.

On behalf of the APSCHE, Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati invites applications from the eligible candidates for admission into Ph.D. programme (Full-Time / Part-Time) offered by various universities and recognized research centres in the state of Andhra Pradesh in the subject areas.

Key Dates:

Commencement of submission of Online applications- 20 February 2024

Registration & submission of Online application without late fee-   20 February 2024            – 19 March 2024

Total Vacant Seats: The total number of vacant PhD seats in Full Time are 991 while 1633 in Part Time.

 

Jiwaji University Gwalior Opens PhD Admission 2024 for 505 Seats

Gwalior, 03 March 2024:  Jiwaji University, a state university in Madhya Pradesh, has announced PhD Admission for 2024.

Total Vacant Posts: The total number of vacant seats are 505 in 36 departments.

The online application portal has opened from 01 March 2024.

The closing date for submission of application is 15 March 2024.

 

University of Jammu Opens PhD Admission 2024 for 270 Seats

The candidates having MPhil with entrance test (Regular mode), UGC-CSIR JRF (National Testing Authority), NET/SLET/ SET/ GATE/ CEED are eligible to apply under the exempted category.

Total Vacant Posts: The total number of vacant seats are 270 in 38 departments.

Key Dates:

The online application portal has opened from 28 February 2024.

The closing date for submission of application is 19 March 2024.

Dr. Rammanohar Lohia Avadh University, Ayodhya Opens PhD Admission 2023-24 for 434 Seats

Ayodhya, 02 March 2024: Dr. Rammanohar Lohia Avadh University, Ayodhya, a state university in Uttar Pradesh, has announced PhD Admission through PhD. Common Entrance Test (C.E.T.) – 2023.

Total Vacant Posts: The total number of vacant seats are 434 in 29 departments for its Residential Campus and Affiliated Colleges.

Key Dates:

The online application portal has opened from 15 February 2023.

The closing date for submission of application is 15 March 2023.
