New Town, 27 February 2026: The West Bengal College Service Commission has invited application for Assistant Professors in Government-Aided Degree Colleges of West Bengal.
Pay scale: Entry Pay at Academic Level 10 of Rs. 57, 700.00 (or the amount as per relevant Government Order/Notification which will remain in force at the material point of time).
Key Dates: Commencement of ONLINE Application 26 February 2026. Last date of ONLINE Application is 15 April 2026 (11:59 PM).
The cut-off dates for all items of qualification and experience, including publication, shall be
15 April 2026. Age of the candidate, however, as mentioned in clause 5, shall be calculated on
01 January 2026.
Application Fees of Rs. 2500/- for General candidates or Rs. 1250/- for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Differently-abled Candidates is to be paid by credit card/ debit card/UPI/internet
banking. The additional processing charges will be as applicable. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
