Madhepura, 26 February 2021: BN Mandal University, a state university in Bihar, has announced PhD Admission Test 2020 (PAT-2020). The total number of PhD Seats are 392 across 19 Subjects.
Key Dates: The closing date for submission of online application is 02 March 2021 (Without Fine) and 06 March 2021 (With Late Fine).
The PhD Test is scheduled to be held on 15 April 2021.
Eligibility Conditions: The candidates having Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7-point scale or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed, and relaxation of 5% of marks, from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent relaxation of grade, will be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/EBC/OBC/Differently-abled categories of candidates.
Candidates who have secured grants for research such as fellowship/scholarship/associateship etc. by qualifying UGC/NET/CSIRNET/ GATE/MHRDScholarships/TeacherFellowship/DBT/ICMR/ICAR/DST-INSPIRE/CSSIR, ICHR etc. are exempted from Written Test of PhD Admission.
