Mumbai: Admission to doctoral programmes for the next session has picked up. Many universities have already closed their admission window for the next session while many universities have notified their admission process.
There are more than 25 universities or higher educational institutes where PhD admission is going on for January 2018 session or 2017-18 session. The prominent among these universities are as followed: Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology (SLIET) Longowal, Punjab; Vel Tech Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai; IIM Lucknow; IIIT Allahabad; GD Goenka University, Gurgaon; University of Madras; others.
Meanwhile, the Lok Sabha Secretariat, Parliament of India, has invited applications for 25 Research Fellowships on parliamentary themes for the year 2018-19.
