Bhubaneswar, 03 January 2024: Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, a state university in Odisha, has announced PhD Admission for 2023-24 session. The total number of vacant seats are 203 in 32 departments.

Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota, Open PhD Admission 2025 for 24 Seats
