Thiruvananthapuram, 17 March 2024: Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology announced admission to MTech and Master of Science programmes (Sponsored) for the academic year 2024 2025 for All Central Government Employees.
The institute ism offering:
Two years Full time PG programme: The employees shall avail 24 months study leave to pursue and complete PG programmes with stay at IIST
PG Programmes leading to Ph.D Programmes: Those Candidates with CGPA 7.00 and above, throughout the semesters may register for Ph.D programmes (subject to vacancies) and complete the required course work for Ph.D programme during the second year project period. Sponsored employees shall avail 24 months leave.

Educational Qualification & Eligibility: B.E/B.Tech/Master of Science or equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA 6.50 out of 10 for General & OBC category and minimum of 55% marks or CGPA 6.00 out of 10 for SC/ST& PD category
In addition to the educational qualifications listed above, an employee having a B.E or B.Tech or Master’s degree in any area, can apply to a PG programme provided they have a minimum of three years’ work experience in that area. Those candidates have to upload a note (Maximum 3 pages) on their work experience (Hard copy to be routed through proper channel along with the application)
The employee has to upload “No Objection Certificate (NOC)” at the time of filling online application form. Non submission of “No Objection Certificate (NOC)” before the last date of submission of NOC (03.04.2024) will lead to rejection of application.
Test / Interview will be conducted through video conference mode.
