Vadodara, 07 June 2026: Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Vadodara, an Institute of National Importance, has announced Admission for PhD (Part Time & Full Time) for 2026-27. This is Rolling Advertisement for Admission to PhD program.

Institute Financial Support:

Financial Assistance (for Full Time PhD students):

The institute offers financial assistance to eligible Ph.D.(Full Time) students of Rs 37,000/- per month for the first two years and Rs. 42,000/- per month for the next three years. The amount may vary based on the institute norms. The financial assistance is against TAship, Research work and other co-academic work.

Note that students under the Part Time category are not eligible to avail the financial assistance from the institute.

Currently, IIIT Vadodara  offers PhD programmes in Applied Physics, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Humanities & Social Sciences and Mathematics and Computing.
