Kolkata, 30 March 2021: Jadavpur University, Kolkata, a state university in West Bengal, has announced PhD Admission for Faculty Council of Science for the session Phase II of 2020-21.
Key Dates: The closing date for submission of application is 26 April 2021.
The date of written test (WRET) / interview will be declared later on.
Eligibility Conditions: All applicants must have completed results of 2 years M.Sc. with requisite marks as mentioned for eligibility in the JU New PhD Regulation 2017 or equivalent degrees from any university /institute recognized by the UGC.
Candidates have to pay the application fees Rs.500/- (per subjects) online through SBI collect system using credit card / debit card/ Net Banking.
How to Apply: Candidates have to submit the filled in application enclosing the following testimonials as mentioned to the Aurobindo Bhavan, 3rd Floor , Ph.D.(Sc) Section , JU Main Campus along with two passport size photographs , attested copies of all mark sheets and certificates , Madhyamika admit card / certificate of verification of age ,SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PD certificate (where applicable) , NET ,GATE,SET etc. certificate ( if any) and the candidates should submit the filed up copies of the format for forwarding of supervise with consent to supervise from a permanent teacher and the form be forward by the HOD concerned.
