New Delhi, 29 August 2024: Registration window for the Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) 2025, to be organised by IIT Delhi, will open on September 3, 2024.

For admissions to various Masters programmes for the academic year 2025-26, candidates can apply online through the JAM application portal- https://joaps.iitd.ac.in/

JAM 2025 Examination Schedule

Registration Opens Tuesday, 03rd September, 2024
Registration Closes Friday, 11th October, 2024
Examination Date Sunday, 02nd February, 2025

JAM 2025 will be conducted as a Computer-Based Test in seven test papers, namely, Biotechnology (BT), Chemistry (CY), Economics (EN), Geology (GG), Mathematics (MA), Mathematical Statistics (MS), and Physics (PH), in over 100 cities across the country.

Candidates who have completed an undergraduate degree or are currently studying in the final year of undergraduate programmes are eligible to apply for the JAM 2025 examination. There is no age restriction.

Foreign nationals with an Indian degree are eligible to apply, subject to the policy of the admitting institute.

Candidates featuring in the JAM 2025 merit list will be eligible for admission to about 3000 seats in various postgraduate programmes at IITs and over 2000 seats at IISc and NITs, IIEST Shibpur, SLIET, DIAT through CCMN.

Admissions will be for various Masters programmes such as M.Sc., M.Sc. (Tech), M.Sc.-M.Tech. Dual Degree, M.S. (Research), Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D., and M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degree in various institutes.
