Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala State Eligibility Test (KSET), is organised by the Government of Kerala, will be held on 25 February 2018. LBS Centre for Science and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram is the organizing institute. The test will be conducted in 35 subjects.
Key Dates: The online registration has commenced from 07 December 2017. The closing of distribution of Application Forms is 30 December 2017. Last date for Online Registration is 30 December 2017 at 5 PM. The last date for receipt of filled-in Applications is 01 January 2018 at 5 PM. The Date of Test is 25 February 2018.
Eligibility Test: Those who have acquired Master’s Degree in the concerned subject with not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade and BEd degree in any discipline from any one of the universities in Kerala or have acquired these qualifications from any other university recognised as equivalent thereto are eligible to apply for the SET February -2018 with certain exceptions as mentioned in the the notification.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories shall be granted a relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum marks prescribed for eligibility to appear for the State Eligibility Test.
No age limit is prescribed for candidates appearing for the SET.
The test will be held in Test Centres at all the District Head Quarters in the State.
