Patna, 25 November 2022: National Institute of Technology (NIT) Patna, an Institute of National Importance, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission to PhD Program (Full Time / Part Time) for January-June 2023 Semester. Full Time PhD with scholarship, funded by NIT Patna, is available.
The total number of vacant seats for the current session is 54 in 10 departments.
PhD Applications Available at the following Types:
- Full Time PhD Programme
- Part Time
- JRF/SRF working at NIT Patna
- Non-PhD regular Faculty and Faculty appointed on consolidated salary of NIT Patna
Selection Procedure: Admission Committee of the respective department will conduct screening Test and/or Selection Interview. The final selection will be done after Selection Interview.
A merit list will be prepared based on Academic weightage and performance in the interview. Admission is strictly based on merit subject to verification of documents and original certificates.
