Pondicherry, 19 July 2021: Pondicherry University, a central university accredited with A Grade by NAAC, has released official admission notification for the academic year 2021-22. The application portal is open from 16 July 2021 in the following degree programmes: Post Graduate, MBA, MTech, MSc, LLM, Doctoral (PhD), PG Diploma, etc. The closing date for online submission of application is 14 August 2021.
Pondicherry University will conduct entrance examinations on 02, 03 & 04 September 2021. The Entrance Examinations will be held across major cities in India.
For PhD Programmes, the selection will be based on JRF score or Entrance Examination and Personal Interview.
Scholarships: The university informed that all the full time scholars admitted to the PhD of the University Departments will be eligible for a monthly fellowship of Rs.8000/- with contingency. All students of the MSc Marine Biology and Disaster Management (Port Blair) will get scholarship. In addition, Merit Scholarships & Merit cum Means Scholarships are available to deserving students of PG Degree programmes, MSc/MA Five Year Integrated Programmes. Fully free education for all differently-abled students is available.
