Rs. 1000/- through online portal or demand draft in favour of Quantum University, Roorkee payable at Dehradun.
Eligibility: As per latest UGC Guidelines for Ph.D. Programs, applicants are advised to read the Ph.D. Guidelines carefully before applying. Candidates who have qualified UGC-NET/UGC-CSIR NET/SLET/GATE/Teacher fellowship holder or has passed M. Phil program have to register but are exempted from the QURAT. Their selection will be on the basis of interview and final merit.
