New Delhi, 01 December 2020: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced results of the UGC-NET, June 2020 Examination today.

A total number of 40, 986 candidates qualified for Assistant Professor only while a total number of 6,171 candidates qualified for JRF & Assistant Professor.

Result Highlights:

Out of 36,138 candidates who applied for JRF & Assistant Professor and qualified for Assistant Professor only, have qualified for award of following National Fellowship:

4,029 Candidates for ‘National Fellowship for Scheduled Caste Students (NFSC)’

4,31 Candidates for ‘National Fellowship for Other Backward Classes (NFOBC)’

4,75 Candidates for ‘Maulana Azad National Fellowship for Minority Students (MANF)’

NTA has also released Subject Cut-Off marks (Category wise).

Cut-Off marks (Category wise) for all 81 subjects have been uploaded on the official website of UGC NET Exam: ugcnet.nta.nic.in. Cut-Off marks (Category wise) in Percent and Percentile for all subjects have been released.

NTA conducted the UGC-NET, June 2020 Examination in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode between 24 September and 13 November, 2020 for 8,60,976 registered candidates, covering 81 subjects in 12 examination days with two shifts each examination day.

Out of 8,60,976 registered candidates, 5,26,707 candidates appeared the said examination. Female candidates outpace male candidates in appearing number of candidates. More than 2.9 Lakh candidates are female while more than 2.36 Lakh candidates are male.
