Patna: Anugrah Narayan Sinha Institute of Social Studies (ANSISS), Patna has invited applications from eligible candidates for Doctoral Fellowship of ICSSR (2018-19). The Institute is governed by the Board of Control and funded by the Department of Education, Government of Bihar and Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) through Ministry of Human Resource Department, Government of India.
Fellowships are offered in PhD Programme in social sciences preferably in Economics and Agricultural Economics, Sociology and Social Anthropology, Political Science and Public Administration, Social Psychology, Social Geography, Non-Violence and Peace. Candidates should have Post Graduate degree in Social Sciences or equivalent from recognized University with JRF/NET/M.Phil. Reservation Policy will be followed.
Eligibility Conditions: Candidates successfully completing the Pre-PhD course will be eligible for registration for PhD programme through Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna and also eligible for ICSSR Institutional Doctoral Fellowship.
The last date for receipt of filled application form is 2 February 2018. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
