As on 17 April 2023, Three State Universities have announced PhD Admission for 2022-23. Aspiring students should track admission information. The total number of vacant PhD seats are expected to be more than 500 Seats.

Ballia, Uttar Pradesh, 17 April 2023: Jananayak Chandrashekhar University, a state university in Uttar Pradesh, has invited applications from eligible candidates for PhD Admission 2023. The university will conduct Research Entrance Test (RET) 2023.
Total vacant PhD Seats: The total number of vacant posts are 198 across 21 subjects.

Dr. Rammanohar Lohia Avadh University, Ayodhya Announces Common Entrance Test 2022
Ayodhya, 11 April 2023: Dr. Rammanohar Lohia Avadh University, Ayodhya, a state university in Uttar Pradesh, has announced PhD Common Entrance Test (CET) for 2022. Both Full Time and Part Time PhD Admissions are available. PhD programs are available in various disciplines, running in the departments of residential campus and affiliated colleges.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Opens PhD Admission 2023
New Delhi, 10 April 2023: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIU), a state university in NCT Delhi, has announced PhD Admission for 2023-24. The university will conduct PhD Entrance Test (PET) in June 2023.
Admission to the Ph.D. programme in various University Schools of Study and Centres of Excellence in the University shall be through a Ph.D. Entrance Test (PET) conducted by the University. Those students, who have qualified for fellowship/scholarship in UGC-NET/UGC-CSIR NET /GATE/CEED and other similar National Level Tests, shall be exempted from the entrance test conducted by the University for admission to the Ph.D. programme. However, they shall have to apply for admission to the University by filling up the online application form available at the University website.
