New Delhi, 10 September 2022: In India there are 23 Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). These Institutes of National Importance (INIs) are dream destination for PhD Scholars. IITs offer Institute Fellowships as per Ministry of Education norms.
Now IITs have kick-started notifying Admission for Semester II (Spring Semester ) 2022-23 or January 2023 session. IIT Bombay and IIT Gandhinagar have opened PhD Admission for January 2023 session.

Mumbai, 28 September 2022: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has announced PhD Admission for Spring Semester 2022-23. The online application portal will open from 09 September 2022. The PhD classes will commence from 02 January 2023.

IIT Gandhinagar Announces PhD Admission Sem II 2022-23 with Institute Fellowships
Gandhinagar, 10 September 2022: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Gandhinagar, an Institute of National Importance, has announced PhD Admission for Semester II 2022-23. Regular(RR) and Continuing Doctoral Programme (CDP) are available.
Students joining the PhD program as regulars (RR) will be considered for Institute Fellowship based on the Ministry of Education norms.
