New Delhi, 05 July 2025In India,  premier research and education institutes admit PhD scholars in two sessions. Now Admission for Semester I of 2025-26 session has commenced.

 As on 05 July 2025, there are two Top Universities in India  have announced PhD Admission for Semester I 2025-26. These institutes offer attractive fellowships, popularly known as Institute Fellowships. The total number of seats with Institutional Fellowships are expected to more than 125.

Maulana Azad NIT Bhopal Opens PhD Admission July 2025 with 113 Institute Fellowship Seats

Bhopal, 04 April 2025:  Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal, popularly known as NIT, an Institute of National Importance, has released PhD Admission Notification for Phase II.

Total Vacant PhD Seats: The number of Full Time Regular & Part-time seats in Ph.D. program may be fixed as 113 and 59 across the institute.

Types of PhD:

A ) Full Time (FT)

FT-Institute – (With Institute Fellowship)

FT – JRF – (With fellowship from NET/UGC etc.)

FT-Self-Financed – (Without Institute Fellowship)

FT- Sponsored – (Without Institute Fellowship)

FT-Foreign – (Without Institute Fellowship)

Key Dates:

Last Date of form submission 15 July 2025.

Application Fee: non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 1500/- (for UR, OBC & EWS) and Rs. 1000/- (for SC/ST/PwD candidates)

IIIT Vadodara Opens PhD Admission 2025-26 (Autumn) Institute Fellowships

Vadodara, 04 July 2025: Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Vadodara, an Institute of National Importance, has announced Admission for PhD for 2025-26 (Autumn).
