Hyderabad, 22 June 2021: University of Hyderabad (UoH), a central university, has Admissions to various courses for Academic Year 2020-21. University of Hyderabad will conduct Entrance Examination 2021 for its various programmes.
The university has notified admissions to the following programmes: MSc, MTech, MBA, MA, MPhil, PhD, Integrated MSc-PhD programmes and others.

Key Dates: Application form has to be submitted online from 21 June 2021 to Last date 20 July2021. The Dates of Entrance Examinations will be announced later by the university.
Application Fees : General: 600/-; EWS : Rs.550/-; OBC : Rs.400/-; SC/ST/PWD(PH) : Rs 275/-. Fees once paid cannot be refunded
Those completing their final examinations by June 2021 can also apply.
Admission to PhD program: The University will conduct a written examination, following the written examination; candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on merit in the written examination. The admission to selected students will be based on the combined performance in the written examination and interview according to merit. UGC/CSIR JRF qualified candidates are not exempted from the written test.
The total number of vacant PhD Seats are 291 across 43 subjects.
Eligibility for PhD Programmes: As per UGC Regulations, 2016, the minimum eligibility for applying for admission to M.Phil/ Ph.D. for General & EWS category is 55% marks or equivalent in PG and for SC/ST/OBC/ PWD the minimum eligibility is 50%.
