Mumbai, 23 January 2018: The prestigious UK-based University of Bath will be holding the ‘University of Bath Information Day’ in Mumbai on 04 February 2018. The event, which will take place from 2 P.M. to 5 P.M. at The St. Regis Mumbai, will be an excellent opportunity for students and guardians to meet some of the most respected academics of Britain and explore the numerous fields of study at one of the top-ranked UK Universities.

The University of Bath Information Day will encompass counseling sessions by seasoned academics from the University, who will guide the students on study opportunities at the University of Bath and various career options for University graduates. There will also be presentations by two of the most senior staff of the University. Prof. Veronica Hope Hailey, VP (Corporate Engagement), Dean of the University’s School of Management, will be introducing the School of Management and the Faculty of Engineering and Design in a special session, while Prof. David Galbreath, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, will introduce the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences along with the Faculty of Science.

As per Prof. Veronica Hope Hailey, “We are very excited to be back in Mumbai where we regularly recruit high calibre students for our undergraduate and postgraduate courses. We are hoping to have the opportunity to talk to as many prospective students as possible and to explain what is distinctive and special about coming to the University of Bath.”

Apart from providing information about the courses available at the University and the scope of potential placement attached to them, the speakers will be explaining to the students the overall diverse range of education & career options available in their respective fields. Prospective students will also get an opportunity to network with and seek advice from alumni as well as learn about their experiences of living and studying at Bath. They will also get information about potential work placement opportunities during their studies, the Tier 4 visa pilot for Masters students as well as advice on the application and admission process.
