Thiruvananthapura: Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram (IISER TVM) has invited online applications for Integrated PhD programme starting from 1 August 2017. Integrated PhD programme is offered in the following subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics.
The online application widow for Integrated PhD programme has been opened since 22 March 2017. The application window will close on 13 April 2017 (17:00 hrs). Application fee is Rs 200/ (candidates belonging to SC/ST category are exempted from payment). Short-listed applicants will be called for a written test/interview at IISER TVM.
Eligibility Conditions Biology:
Admission Streams: IISER TVM Test-2017, JGEEBILS-2017, JAM-BL-2017 and JAM-BT-2017
Bachelor’s degree in Biological/ Chemical/Physical/ Mathematical Sciences with a minimum of 55% marks (or a CGPA of 6.0 in the 10 point scale) for general/OBC-NCL candidates and a minimum of 50% marks (or a CGPA of 5.5 in the 10 point scale) for SC/ST and PwD candidates.
Candidate should qualify in any one (or more) of the following examinations.
IISER TVM Test-2017
JGEEBILS-2017
JAM-BL-2017 or JAM-BT-2017
Candidates shortlisted from any of the above streams will be required to appear for interview(s).
Eligibility Conditions Chemistry :
Admission Streams: IISER TVM Test-2017 and JAM-CY-2017
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical science with a minimum of 55% marks (or a CGPA of 6.0 in the 10 point scale) for general/OBC-NCL candidates and a minimum of 50% marks (or a CGPA of 5.5 in the 10 point scale) for SC/ST and PwD candidates.
Candidate should qualify in any one (or more) of the following examinations.

JAM-CY-2017
Candidates shortlisted from any of the above streams will be required to appear for interview(s).
Eligibility Conditions Mathematics :
Admission Streams: JAM-MA-2017, JAM-MS-2017 and NBHM-MA/MSc 2016-17
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Engineering/ Technology in a relevant discipline with minimum of 55% marks (or a CGPA of 6.0 in the 10 points scale) for general/OBC-NCL candidates and a minimum of 50% marks (or a CGPA of 5.5 in the 10 point scale) for SC/ST and PwD candidates.
Candidate should qualify in any one (or more) of the following examinations.
NBHM-MA/MSc 2016-17
JAM-MA-2017
JAM-MS-2017
Candidates shortlisted from any of the above streams will be required to appear for interview(s).
Note: In case of NBHM-MA/MSc 2016-17, candidates who have qualified the written test and have received the NBHM-MA/MSc interview call letter are eligible to apply.
Eligibility Conditions Physics :
Admission Streams: JEST-2017 and JAM-PH-2017
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Sciences, Engineering or Technology with minimum 55 % marks (or a CGPA of 6.0 in the 10 point scale) for general/OBC-NCL candidates and a minimum of 50% marks (or a CGPA of 5.5 in the 10 point scale) for SC/ST and PwD candidates.
Candidate should qualify in any one (or more) of the following examinations.

JAM-PH-2017
Candidates shortlisted from any of the above streams will be required to appear for interview(s).
IISER TVM informed that students appearing in the final year Bachelor degree examination are also eligible to apply. However, if selected, their admission will be subjected to fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria for the individual school.
