New Delhi: Defence Research & Development Organization (DRDO), under Ministry of Defence, has notified to recruit Senior Technical Assistant (STA ‘B’) to join DRDO as Laboratories/Establishments & serve the nation. The total no of posts are 494.
Important Dates: Online registration will begin on 04 August 2018 and closing date is 29 August 2018 (05:00 PM).
Essential Qualifications: 3 Years Diploma/B.Sc. (Recognized by UGC/AICTE or similar appropriate statutory authority) in any of the following subjects: Automobile Engg./ Chemical Engg./ Civil Engg./ Computer Science/ Electrical Engg./Electrical & Electronics Engg./ Electronics/ Electronics & Comm. Engg./ Electronics & Telecomm. Engg./ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Instrumentation/ Mechanical Engg./Agriculture/ Botany/ Photography/ Chemistry/ Geology/ Library Science/ Mathematics/Metallurgy/ Psychology/ Physics/ Zoology.
Age Limit: 18 -28 years (Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/ESM/PWD etc. as per Govt. Rules)
Remuneration & Other Benefits: Current initial emoluments: Rs. 50,000/- p.m. (Approx.) in class ‘X’ cities. Medical facility,
Leave Travel Concession, Children Education Allowance, Other allowances/ advances etc.as per Govt. rules.
Scheme of Exam: Two Tier Computer Based Test (CBT): Tier-I – Screening Test; Tier-II – Selection Test.
