Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders and Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers recruitment plan through GATE 2018

Mumbai:  More than ten Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) or government organizations have already notified their recruitment plan for Graduate Engineers through GATE 2018. Now another two organizations, such as Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited, and Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF), have joined the recruitment drive for hiring engineering executives through GATE 2018.

Meanwhile, Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited has released recruitment notification for hiring 74 engineering professionals through GATE 2017. Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has issued a short public notice regarding requirement of valid GATE score for direct recruitment of Scientist `B’ in DRDO.

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited, a premier warshipbuilding organization, invites applications from young engineers in Mechanical and  Electrical disciplines to join as Executive Trainees. The selection and recruitment will be based on GATE 2018 score. The online submission of application will commence from 08 January 2018 while it will close on 07 February 2018.

In a short recruitment notice, Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) informed that the company will hire Management Trainees (Engineers) in the following disciplines: Chemical, Mechanical and Instrumentation.  The recruitment process will be based on GATE 2017 score in the above subjects. Hence, candidates should enroll themselves in appearing GATE examination for 2018. RCF will release detailed notification on declaration of GATE 2018.

Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited has also invited online applications from eligible candidates for engineering professionals. Here, the recruitment is based on GATE 2017. There are 74 vacant posts are available under this recruitment scheme in the following engineering stream: Chemical (23 posts), Mechanical (36), Electrical (02), Electronics & Communication (05), and Civil (08). The initial short-listing of candidates will be based on GATE 2017 score. GATE score of 2016 or any other previous examination is not valid.

Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has issued public notice regarding Requirement of Valid GATE Score for Direct Recruitment of Scientist `B’ in DRDO.  The organisation will notify vacancies of Scientist `B’ for the year 2018 in the next few months, depending upon the requirement. The direct recruitment to the post of Scientist `B’ will be conducted based on valid GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) score (in respect of vacancies in the subjects/disciplines for which GATE is conducted) and interview. The notification mentioned that only those candidates who will have valid GATE score on the crucial date of eligibility will be considered for shortlisting for recruitment.
