Bengaluru: Innoviti Payment Solutions, a leading provider of payment automation and credit distribution solutions based in Bengaluru, announced the appointment of Mr. Anil Thankachan as Vice President, Human Resources. The company’s  move aims to promote and preserve Innoviti’s winning culture while Building a preferred employer brand.

Anil, an alumnus of St. Joseph’s College of Business Administration brings in 15+ years of Human Resources Management experience with successful stints in companies including Mu Sigma Inc, GE Capital, Avaya and Tavant Technologies.  In his last assignment he was the Vice President – HR in SuperProfs (an EdTech firm), managing Human Resources, Administration and Customer Support.

Anil has been recognized with a Global HR Excellence Award for HR Leadership by the Institute of Public Enterprise at the World HRD Congress in 2013. Anil’s appointment reaffirms Innoviti’s strong commitment to promote and preserve the company’s winning culture and catalyse its Talent Management and Development initiatives, as the company continues to expand rapidly.
