New Delhi: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), a schedule- ‘A’ Maharatna CPSE, has released recruitment notification for hiring 50 Engineer Trainees. The total number of vacant posts are 50:  Mechanical for 30 posts and Electrical for 20. The recruitment is based on GATE 2018 score.

Key Dates: The details regarding application process for BHEL shall be hosted in detail on our website www.careers.bhel.in/ on 12 February 2018. The application portal will open from 12 February 2018.

Eligibility Conditions for Engineer Trainee (Mechanical/ Electrical): Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Technology or Five year integrated Master’s degree or Dual Degree programme in Engineering or Technology in the disciplines of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized Indian University/ Institute.

Upper Age Limit (years) (as on 01/09/2017): 27 Years (Candidates born before 01/09/1990 are not eligible to apply). 29 years for candidates having two years’ full time Post Graduate in Engineering or Business Administration/ Management. Upper Age is relaxed as per government norms.

Candidates should be in a position to produce their Degree/Final year marks sheets by 1st July, 2018 or at the time of Interview, whichever is earlier.

The candidate has to mention GATE 2018 Registration Number while submitting online application.
