Both Full Time and Part Time PhD is available for Admission. PhD Admission is available in Engineering, Applied Sciences and Management subjects.

Opening of online application interface 14 September 2020 (Monday).
Closing of online application interface 11 October 2020 (Sunday).
Application Fee of Rs 500 (For Gen/OBC/EWS) and Rs 250 (for SC/ST/PH) should be submitted through online payment gateway available at the Home Page of the Institute’s Website.
Eligibility Conditions:
All applicants must have a valid GATE/NET (LS/JRF) score.
For Engineering: Candidates must have first division in MTech/ MS/ ME or equivalent in CSE (Computer Science and Engineering)/ IT (Information Technology)/ ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering), EEE (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) degrees with first division in relevant discipline in their BE/BTech.
For Management: Candidates must have first division Masters Degree (MBA) or its equivalent in any branch of Engineering/ Technology along with first division in Engineering (BE/BTech) at Undergraduate level.
For Applied Sciences: Candidates must have first division Masters Degree in Physics/Mathematics/or any related branch of Physics/Mathematics along with first division in Undergraduate level.
