Kasaragod, 30 October 2021: Central University of Kerala invites application from eligible candidates for the regular faculty posts. These posts are available at the following levels: Professors (Entry pay of Rs. 144200/- in the Academic Pay level 14 as per 7th CPC), Associate Professors (Entry pay of Rs. 131400/- in the Academic Pay level 13A as per 7th CPC) and Assistant Professors (Entry pay of Rs. 57700/- in the Academic Pay level 10 as per 7th CPC).
Total Number of Posts: The total number of posts are 71. Assistant Professors -27, Associate Professors -29, Professors – 15.
Key Dates: Online application portal will open from 05 November 2021. The closing date for submission of online application is 20 December 2021. Last date of receipt of hard copy of application along with encloses 31 December 2021.

The eligibility shall be ascertained strictly on the basis of Academic/Research Score obtained as per the provisions contained under UGC Regulations, 2018 subject to fulfilling all the essential eligibility criteria as mentioned for Direct Recruitment for the post of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor. However, as per UGC Amendment Regulations, 2021, the Ph.D. Degree shall not be mandatory qualification for direct recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor in Departments of the Universities.
