Hyderabad, 21 March 2023: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Hyderabad, invites applications for PhD programmes for the session July 2023. There are 17 departments where PhD programmes are offered. Institute Fellowships are offered to Full Time PhD Scholars.

Application Fee for Regular (Full-time) PhD

All GEN/OBC : Rs.500/-

All SC/ST/PwD /Female: Rs.250/-

Application Fee for External (Part-time) PhD: All Applicants        Rs. 500/

Direct admission to PhD for CFTI Students without GATE:

B.Tech.Graduates from CFTIs with CGPA 8.0 or more, are eligible for applying to PhD programs at IIT Hyderabad without GATE.

Students having CGPA lower than 8.0, need GATE qualification for applying to PhD Program
