Durgapur, 13 March 2024:  National Institute of Technology (NIT) Durgapur, an Institute of National Importance, has announced recruitment of Faculty Posts: Assistant Professors, Associate Professors and Professors.

Vacant Posts: The total number of vacant posts are 43: 37 Assistant Professors, 05 Associate Professors and One Professors.

Pay Scale:

Assistant Professor (Grade-II) (On contract), Pay Level 10 (Entry Pay Rs.70,900/-)

Assistant Professor (Grade-I) Pay Level 12 (Entry Pay Rs.1,01,500/-)

Associate Professor Pay Level 13A2 (Entry Pay Rs. 1,39,600/-)

Professor Pay Level 14A (Entry Pay Rs. 1,59,100/-)
