As on 05 December 2024, there are three Central Universities have announced PhD for 2024-25 Academic Year. The total number of vacant seats are expected to be more than 500 seats.

Lucknow, 05 December 2024: Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, (BBAU), a Central University in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, has announced PhD Admission 2024.
Total Number of Seats: The total number of vacant seats are 495.

The last date for submission of online application is 20 December 2024. Registration will be allowed upto 03 January 2025 with additional late fee of Rs 1,000 (For all categories).
Central University of Karnataka Opens PhD Admission 2024-25 for 30 Departments
Gulbarga, 30 November 2024: Central University of Karnataka has announced PhD Admission for 2024-25.
Candidates who have qualified for national level examinations [such as JRF (UGC / CSIR / DBT / ICMR / ICSSR), NET (UGC / CSIR), GATE or equivalent, etc.)
Candidates who have qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) under PH.D only (Category-3).
