Raipur: The government of Chhattisgarh invites online applications from eligible candidates for Chief Minister’s Good Governance Fellowship Program (CMGGFCG). This unique fellowship program is a 2 year program for managerial professionals to execute projects in government domain and gain experience to advance as managers of excellence. A total of 42 fellows are to be selected in year 2017.
The fellowship program aims at resourcing highly qualified and dynamic young professionals for a period of two years to support the Government of Chhattisgarh in implementation of its flagship citizen centric welfare programs. They will work as experts and consultants in the departments of Government of Chhattisgarh, especially in those departments that implement key government projects such as Social Development, Electronics and Information Technology, and Works among others.
Eligibility Conditions:
Age: Max= 35 yrs
Education & Experience:
Masters in any discipline with minimum 3 years of work experience / Graduation in any discipline with minimum 5 years of experience
At least 60% marks in both Under Graduation and Post-Graduation
Candidates with domain experience will be preferred.
Candidates with knowledge of Project Management skills, Experience in implementing & monitoring of Government Schemes, ICT Experience, Proficient in using MS Office products like Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Exposure in using MS Projects or similar tools will be preferred.
Stipend: INR 1 Lakhs to 2.5 Lakhs per Month
Selection Process: There will be following 2 steps of selection process: Online written test; Evaluation and Personnel Interview. For Online written test, one can appear for the online assessment from the home computer during the stipulated time framework as intimated to the candidate over email.
