CSIR-UGC NET Dec 2019 Results Out: 2,185 qualified for JRF-CSIR and 4,195 for Lectureship

New Delhi: Human Resource Development Group of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research has  declared Results of CSIR-UGC NET Dec 2019 Exam. The scores  of the candidates have been already declared by the National Testing Agency.

The list of qualified candidates has been released and published CSIR.  The list of qualified candidates with Roll Numbers has been uploaded by CSIR on their website www.csirhrdg.res.in.

Total Number of Candidates Qualified :

I.JRF (NET) CSIR :

(i) Junior Research Fellowship (JRF-NET): The candidates whose roll numbers are listed below have qualified in the test for JRF-NET. These candidates are also eligible for Lectureship/ Assistant Professor (NET) subject to their fulfilling criteria for lectureship as laid down by UGC :

Total Candidates : 2185

(ii)The candidates whose roll numbers are listed below have qualified in the test for fellowship (JRF only) as per clause 3.1 of CSIR notification.

Total Candidates : 87

II.JRF (NET) UGC : The candidates whose roll numbers are listed below have qualified in the test for JRF-NET. These candidates are also eligible for Lectureship/Assistant Professor(NET) subject to their fulfilling criteria for lectureship as laid down by UGC :

Total Candidates : 1656

III. Lectureship/Assistant Professor (NET): The following candidates have qualified the eligibility test for Lectureship/Assistant Professor (NET). The candidates qualifying for Lectureship/Assistant Professor

(NET) will be eligible for recruitment as lecturer as well as for JRF-Ship in a Scheme/Project, if otherwise suitable as per the eligibility criteria of that Scheme/Project.

However, they will not be eligible for regular JRF-NET Fellowship. They will be eligible to pursue Ph.D program with or without any fellowship other than JRF-NET .

Total Candidates : 4195

CSIR has also declared Cut Off score for each five subjects with each categories. Cut off Score means Minimum cut-off percentage for the award of Junior Research Fellowship/Lectureship/Assistant Professor in different disciplines in the Joint CSIR-UGC test for Junior Research Fellowship & Eligibility for Lectureship/Assistant Professor held on 15th December, 2019 & 27th December, 2019.

Ranks are allotted first to all successful candidates qualifying for Junior Research Fellowship as per the merit list of JRF and then the candidates are distributed between CSIR and UGC in the ratio of number of fellowships shared between these two for each subject except Bachelor’s degree holder’s who are allocated to CSIR.

CSIR informed that the date of declaration of Joint CSIR-UGC NET for Junior Research Fellowship & Eligibility for Lectureship/Assistant Professor (NET) Exam held on 15th December, 2019 & 27th December, 2019 is 23/01/2020.

There is no separate cut-off for Part A, B & C. The cumulative marks of all parts are taken into consideration for drawing of merit list.
